Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended slightly. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for processing. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations, modifications, or address changes.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at help@daeawell.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

 


 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping or a comparable carrier. Carrier selection may vary depending on location and fulfillment needs.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

Free shipping is not available for international orders, including Canada.

 


 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

 


 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Please note that carriers such as USPS may deliver packages on weekends.

 


 

Carrier Delays & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are unable to make changes to the delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. While we will do our best to assist with locating delayed shipments, delivery timelines provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 


 

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. Daea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the order will be refunded once received back to our facility, minus the original shipping cost.

Customers will be contacted upon receipt of the returned package. If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

 


 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office before contacting us.

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Daea is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly to file a claim.

 


 

International Shipping (Including Canada)

We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Daea.

International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

 


 

Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that major holidays may impact order processing and delivery times due to carrier delays and reduced operating hours.

 


Promotional Pricing & Adjustments

Promotional price adjustments are available for eligible orders placed within 24 hours prior to the launch of a promotion. Requests made outside of this window will not qualify for a price adjustment. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively beyond 24 hours and may not be combined with other offers or subscription discounts.
