It has helped significantly with painful periods, bloating and the heaviness of the flow of period. I noticed a difference in my overall well being, fairly quickly. I used to be able to “predict” my period due to tenderness, which was bittersweet, but it was very uncomfortable as well. Now it’s not nearly as uncomfortable.
